The goal of this textbook is to provide opportunities for future classroom teachers to practice the four-step integration process so they can understand how to integrate health education into their daily academic lessons. This process goes beyond providing a healthy classroom. This activity exercise culminates in educating future teachers on how integration of health content is possible. The activity plans in this appendix are example ideas created by students taking a course where this textbook was used.
