Human Kinetics works with our subject matter experts to bring you practical and industry specific information. We offer a variety of webinars for our customers, free of charge. Below are some frequently asked questions that will help you have a successful webinar experience.

Am I able to use a Mac to attend the webinar?

Yes. GoToWebinar is compatible with Macs and PCs.

Can I participate in the webinar on my mobile device?

You currently cannot participate in a webinar through a mobile device. However, we hope to have that option available in the future.

How do I know what time the webinar starts in my time zone?

Our webinars are listed in Eastern Time. The registration page has a link on the top of the page that you can use to find out what time the webinar will start in your time zone. Webinars organised by Human Kinetics Europe are listed as Greenwich Meantime (GMT) or British Standard Time (BST which is GMT + 1 hour)

How will I know where to go to attend the webinar?

After registering for the webinar, you will receive an e-mail with all the information you need to join the webinar. Simply click the link included in the e-mail and you will be routed to join the webinar.

I won’t be able to watch the webinar at the time it is scheduled. Will there be an opportunity to view it at a different time?

All webinars are recorded and available for playback. If you register for the webinar, you will receive an email with a link to the recording within 48 hours of the live webinar.

I am unable to log on to the webinar. What should I do?

GoToWebinar provides troubleshooting for many log on problems.

I am unable to hear the webinar when I log in. How can I fix this?

If there is a problem with the audio, call the phone number listed in your webinar control panel in the “Audio” box. After calling in, enter the webinar access code which is also listed in the “Audio” box.

Will I be able to ask questions throughout the webinar?

Yes, we will collect questions for the presenter throughout the webinar through the questions box provided. The presenter will answer as many questions as possible during the Q&A session at the end of the presentation.

Are the presenter’s PowerPoint slides available?

Our presenters decide if they would like to share their slides after the webinar. If the presenter shares his/her slides, they will be in the respective webinar article.

Are the webinars approved for CEU/CECs?

Some of our webinars are approved for continuing education upon the completion of an exam. If a webinar has a CEU/CEC approved exam there will be a "Related CEU Exam" button on the webinar’s information page.

Sure. We provide the webinars as a knowledge service. We do appreciate if you e-mail us in advance so we know who is using the information we presented.
