This is week two of a four-week dumbbell training workout. All you need for this four week program is a pair of dumbbells.
Make sure you completed Week One of Dumbbell Training before you move on to this second week of workouts. When you've finished week two, you're ready for Week Three of Dumbbell Training.
This second week, the exercises will remain the same, but the rep ranges will change. The workout videos for all three days are below. The workout sheets are the same forall four weeks, but if you haven't downloaded them and started recording the weight you lift for each exercise already, download them now and start tracking your progress.
