Diversity with holistic analysis

The title explains most of the content of the book. With every stretch's execution explained, we get good all-around analysis with brief biomechanical, physiological and biochemistry hints.
From my point of view, few things are missing like when to stretch, warmup to stretch, how to build a stretching program and integrate stretching into a training programs and what are the best moments to stretch.
