    Speed Training for Young Athletes Print CE Course teaches you the skills and drills to take young athletes to the next level of training and performance. You will begin with the basic sport and conditioning movements and then progress to more complex patterns. You will find 60 exercises and drills for improving strength, balance, joint integrity, core strength, speed, agility, quickness, power, and flexibility. This program is designed for children ages 7 or up, from recreational to competitive adult athletes.

    About the Author

    Todd Durkin, MA, CSCS, is an internationally recognized performance coach, personal trainer, and massage therapist who motivates, educates, and inspires people. He is the owner of Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego, California, where his team focuses on personal training, massage therapy, Pilates, yoga, sport performance training, and nutrition to transform the bodies, minds, and spirits of a broad clientele.
