    Easy to read

Fairly accurate and up-to-date nutrition information. It was an easy and quick read in plain/conversational language which was nice. The cholesterol/saturated fat information is a little outdated as well as some of the charts used. Also, the sample meal plans for the various diet goals are all exactly the same foods (just different portions). I was hoping for more than one sample meal plan, but what did I expect for such a low price for this book? She gives you enough ideas for food exchanges anyway. I also did not like all of the plugs for her own pre-workout starch product (made by a company she works for), but who doesn't do that these days? She could have been more subtle about it so that I did not question her personal gain from promoting it, but that is just my personal opinion. Overall: A great value for what you are getting. I am happy I read it.
