This was a great summary of the majority of nutrition supplements. A couple were not discussed such as niacin, lion's mane, and velvet bean. They also needed to have a better editor. Overall though, the book is very well organized in terms of research, dosing, health concerns, etc. It is also nice to have the chapter about particular populations. I would highly recommend this book but found it frustrating to have to constantly "stream" the book online as even with high-speed internet, there were delays in trying to turn pages. They should allow people who have purchased the book to download it. If you have the option to, see if you can buy one that you can have a downloaded version of. I just assumed that e-book meant I could download it, but this was not the case.
