Taking Running to your Happy Place

Very motivating, however quite specific to very long distance running. It’s also a little discouraging to older runners, focusing often on the inevitable end to the running career. Pushing 70, I want to feel good about getting out there still, not like a freak of nature. I may never run an ultra now, but I’m still proud of my half marathon trails.
