So interesting, I read it in 2 weeks wich is super fast for me. It was more than useful or instructive. Though there is not be as many dryland exercices as "swimming anatomy", it has alot and the book proposes a more complete view about swimming including a (very) good injury prevention chapter and another for inpool development of power. Ideal in a period where many pools are closed.
